When a US Senator from Massachusetts is murdered in a cold dark Boston alleyway, the FBI gathers its wits - and the only eyewitness and braces itself for a cat and mouse game. In a race to the finish, the Killer hunts for the witness and an FBI agent with a past. From the other side, the White House runs spoiler in a cover up that's being protected by the director of the Secret Service and it's psychotic top agent.
